• If any product you receive from The Makeup Madame Collection is  incorrect, please email an attached photo of your product(s) along with your invoice within 2 days from delivered date.  We will make a decision about your claim within 48 hours.
• If your order is deemed incorrect or damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement order.
• Not responsible for any lost or stollen items onced delivered from USPS. Tracking is always provided.
• However, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.

Galaxy 3D &  METAL Glitters: All of our glitters sold on our site are Cosmetic grade glitter.  The FDA has approved the sales of cosmetic grade glitter for cosmetic use, however it is not suggested to use the glitter in or around the eye area.

3D Luxury Mink Lashes: Lash glue is not included. Every lash is made with fluffy individual hairs of mink that are fanned out along a band, giving great length and volume. Because they are so flurry lashes are not 100% the same. One style can look a tad bit different than others. Please keep this in mind. We try and keep them as consistent  as possible.

Evil Eye Jewelry: No refunds or exchanges will be honored – All sales are final. One size fits most. 

Jewelry Care:  Bracelets and necklaces are delicate. Keep away from moisture and water. Remove before bathing or showering. Remove before sleep. Avoid direct contact with lotion and perfumes. Remove before exercise or sports.
